There is just no point in being a doctor. It is a worthless career. You save nobody - god gets that credit. Or worse: some herb. You're always wrong. The culture of bullying and torment is so deep to the core that there is no point in trying to change it. Everyone is so obsessed with how much they suffered they have no compassion for those that suffer less, but suffer still.
